In-Person Home Staging Consultation
I meet with the homeowner at their residence and conduct a comprehensive home staging consultation.
Starting at the front exterior of the home, I provide detailed guidance on how to achieve optimal curb appeal.
Next, we move to the interior of the home where I assess each room and give recommendations on a wide variety of topics, some of which include furniture placement for optimal traffic flow, decluttering, accessorizing, repairs, updating, paint colors, and so much more.
Finally, we end in the backyard, where I provide actionable suggestions on how best to present this very important space.
This type of consultation typically takes two hours.

Virtual Home Staging Consultation
This consultation is provided for clients located outside of San Diego, CA.
We will arrange a complimentary 30-minute call to discuss all the particulars regarding your upcoming move.
Following this call, I will send you our easy-to-follow guide to photographing your home with your smartphone.
Within 48 hours of receiving your photos, you’ll receive a personalized staging report, with room-by-room guidance for how you can present your home in the best light and increase curb appeal when you put it on the market.
