In-Person Home Staging Consultation

  • I meet with the homeowner at their residence and conduct a comprehensive home staging consultation.

  • Starting at the front exterior of the home, I provide detailed guidance on how to achieve optimal curb appeal.

  • Next, we move to the interior of the home where I assess each room and give recommendations on a wide variety of topics, some of which include furniture placement for optimal traffic flow, decluttering, accessorizing, repairs, updating, paint colors, and so much more.

  • Finally, we end in the backyard, where I provide actionable suggestions on how best to present this very important space.

  • This type of consultation typically takes two hours.

Virtual Home Staging Consultation

  • This consultation is provided for clients located outside of San Diego, CA.

  • We will arrange a complimentary 30-minute call to discuss all the particulars regarding your upcoming move.

  • Following this call, I will send you our easy-to-follow guide to photographing your home with your smartphone.

  • Within 48 hours of receiving your photos, you’ll receive a personalized staging report, with room-by-room guidance for how you can present your home in the best light and increase curb appeal when you put it on the market.
